Three dogs. Five years. One bed that actually holds up.

This all started with three very determined dogs.

Wolfie, our Mastiff mix, was the main culprit at 105 lbs. Elsa, our Boxer mix, was the loyal sidekick. And Poensie, our Pug, small in size but big in mischief.

If you know dogs like ours, you know they don't go easy on anything. Bed after bed, we watched them tear, flatten, and completely destroy everything we brought home. We were constantly replacing beds, wasting money, and honestly getting frustrated. We'd spend $80–$150 on a bed and it would be trash within 60 days.

Nothing held up. So instead of settling, we decided to build something better.

We tested ballistic nylon, the same material used in military gear and tactical equipment. We sourced high-density orthopedic foam. We stitched, tested, and watched Wolfie, Elsa, and Poensie tear through prototype after prototype until we got it right.

It wasn't quick. It took five years of testing and redesigning before we had something worth selling.

The result is the Wolfie Dog Bed: ballistic nylon shell, orthopedic foam, water-resistant, assembled in the USA using CertiPUR-US certified foam and American-made ballistic nylon. We're so confident in it that we back every cover with a lifetime warranty.
